Join us for an afternoon of connection, celebration, and inspiration at the Belvidere Area Chamber of Commerce Hispanic Heritage Luncheon.

Featured Speaker: Ricardo Montoya Picazo

Ricardo Montoya Picazo was born in Mexico and came to the United States at the age of seven. Raised in Beardstown, Illinois, Ricardo went on to earn a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and a Master of Arts in Practical Politics from the University of Illinois Springfield.

Ricardo has built a career in public service, government, legislative affairs, and community engagement. He began his career working on social, economic, and public policy issues before serving as a Field Representative for Congresswoman Cheri Bustos. He later became Chief of Staff to State Representative Dave Vella, where he continues to bring his experience in government and public policy to his work.

During the luncheon, Ricardo will share insights from his personal and professional experiences and his career in public service and politics.

Join us for an engaging afternoon as we celebrate Hispanic Heritage Month, hear from Ricardo, and connect with fellow business and community leaders.
