Join us for a Lunch & Learn where Dr. Tabassum Nafsi will go over what's actually happening in womens bodies.

A 30-minute conversation about the decade most women walk into unprepared — perimenopause and beyond. We'll talk about what's actually happening in the body, why so many women get told their labs are "normal" when something clearly isn't, what's changed in midlife medicine in the last five years, and what to ask for at your next doctor's appointment. Dr. Tabassum Nafsi is a triple board-certified physician in Internal Medicine, Pulmonary Medicine, and Critical Care, and a Menopause Certified Practitioner. She is the founder of The Nafsi Institute — a women's metabolic and hormonal health program at Rockford Pulmonary Clinic — and has practiced in the Rockford-Belvidere community for years
