Description: Once the opportunity has been identified, this workshop guides participants in diagnosing what’s really slowing them down. Using current state assessments and root cause analysis tools, attendees will dig beyond surface symptoms to uncover the true drivers of their challenges. By the end, participants will have a clear picture of their current state, validated root causes, and a defined target condition to focus on.

• Use root cause analysis tools.

• Bottleneck’s - Identify 1–2 leverage points that unlock the biggest gains.
