Workshop 3 – Future State Development: Designing the Breakthrough

Purpose: Shift from where you are to where you want to be.

Description: In this session, participants move from analyzing the present to designing the future. Using TMG’s Stabilize → Standardize → Optimize (SSO) framework, they will envision their ideal future state and outline necessary changes through a pilot plan. Success is defined through measurable outcomes. Each participant will leave with a plan of attack to pilot their future.

Key Activities:

• Envision the ideal future state using the SSO framework (Stabilize → Standardize →Optimize).

• Brainstorm and design a pilot plan.

• Define measurable success outcomes.

• Future state design.

• A defined success metric.

• The start of a pilot plan.
