Workshop 4 – Execution & Implementation: Making It Real

Purpose: Turn plans into tangible results.

Description: The final workshop turns strategy into action. Participants will build an execution roadmap with clear ownership, milestones, and timelines, supported by a sprint plan. They will also establish accountability rhythms, including scorecards, dashboards, and check-ins, to ensure progress sticks. By the end, participants will have a complete an implementation plan, a KPI tracking tool, and peer accountability to keep momentum alive.

Key Activities:

• Develop an Execution Roadmap with clear owners, actions, and timelines.

• Build a sprint plan with milestones.

• Set up accountability rhythms (check-ins, scorecards, dashboards).

• Share commitments with peers for accountability.

Deliverables for Participants:

• Implementation Plan (based on pilot).

• A scorecard or KPI dashboard to track progress.

• A peer accountability partner or follow-up checkpoint.
