Community Event: Disability Community Resource Fair

Description

The Transition Planning Committee of Boone, Ogle, and Winnebago Counties is putting on a resource fair for individuals of all ages with disabilities and their families/caregivers. Enter through Civic Center Doors on the west side of the building.
