I was born and raised in Rockford, moved around a bit for work and came back to the Stateline in 1999, two years after getting married to my wife Kayla. We have two kids Ella (20) and Greyson (18). Ella is a Junior at UW Eau Claire and Greyson is a Senior at Hononegah

My company is Global Recruiters Network of the Stateline, I am an independent small business owner in Roscoe and the franchise is headquartered in Chicago. My background is in manufacturing, defense contracting and logistics and I spent over 25 years in those industries with the first part of my career at Camcar and Elco / Textron Fastening Systems in sales and Six Sigma and the second major part of my career as the VP of operations for Defense contractor, SupplyCore Inc. I am a DFSS Blackbelt well versed in DMAIC and Lean. My approach to recruiting is structured and process oriented and very relationship based.

Over 85% of my business is right here in the Stateline, in Winnebago, Boone, and Ogle counties. I do my best to stay on top of the local economy, I network with local companies and local talented people. The areas in which I recruit are primarily professional and includes engineering, procurement, supply chain, quality, EH&S, Finance and sales (inside and outside).
