Trick or Treat at downtown businesses. This event has been so much fun over the past few years that we want to continue to bring people to downtown Belvidere. Last year we had over 100 businesses giving out treats and nearly 3,000 people in downtown Belvidere Enjoying this event. Stop by the downtown area between 4 pm - 7 pm to join in the fun!
