Join the Boone County Conservation District for the Holiday Walk at Spencer Conservation Area located at 1121 N. Appleton Rd., Belvidere, IL 61008. Start the Holiday Season in the 1800s! Walk a luminaria-lit pathway and see the historic cabins. See a Blacksmith demonstration and other recreated historic areas, including an 1800 one-room Schoolhouse. Listen to live music and get in the Holiday Spirit! Enjoy choirs singing carols and historic presentations. There are delicious holiday treats and hot drinks for purchase.
