This position involves assisting with remodeling and new construction projects, including tile installation, bathroom and kitchen remodels, and general construction tasks. Responsibilities:

Assist with tile installation and clean-up

Help with remodel setup and tear-down

Load, unload, and organize tools, materials, and job-site supplies

Maintain a clean and safe work area on job sites and in the warehouse

Handle materials, tools, and equipment safely and efficiently on-site

Assist with measurements, cutting, and basic assembly under supervision

Perform demo work

Communicate clearly with team members and supervisors

Follow safety rules and company standards

Support in lifting, carrying, and positioning construction materials and components

Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work on your feet for extended periods

Positive attitude and strong work ethic

Attention to detail and willingness to learn new skills

Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent preferred; prior construction experience is a plus but not required
Ability to perform physical tasks including lifting heavy objects, standing for extended periods, and bending frequently
Strong work ethic with a positive attitude and willingness to learn new skills
Good communication skills and ability to follow instructions accurately
Basic understanding of construction tools and safety procedures is advantageous
