Congressman LaHood and Senator Syverson Open their New Joint District Office

CHERRY VALLEY, IL – Congressman Darin LaHood (IL-16) and State Senator Dave Syverson (35th Senate Dist.) hosted an Open House of their joint constituent service office on June 1. The open house was a great opportunity to welcome constituents and community members to learn more about the new office.

“This federal and state constituent service office is the first of its kind in northern Illinois,” said Senator Syverson. “Combining these offices makes it more accessible for constituents whether they need assistance with federal or state issues and saves taxpayer dollars.”

Congressman LaHood and Senator Syverson’s District Office is located off Lyford Road, east of I-90 on the Winnebago/Boone County border at 527 Colman Center Drive, Rockford, IL 61108. The office is fully staffed and open from 9:00 am to 5:00 pm Monday through Friday.
